OFFSET PRINTING

1. Can I print less than 1000 pieces?

Yes, however in offset printing start up costs do apply (film, plates, and setup). If you print 1 piece or a million pieces the start up costs stay the same. 1000 pieces is the optimum starting number for offset printing. If you require less than 1000 pieces and need to have the great quality of Offset printing, we will give you the quantity you desire but the cost will be the same as 1000 pieces.

2. Are the colors on my printed piece going to match my monitor?

No monitors have different colors and densities, they are not made to match an offset press. Ask your sales representative for more information on color matching.

3. Do you check my files for any spelling or design mistakes?

No, if you are submitting your own artwork you are fully responsible. We do not double check files submitted to us.

4. What kind of format do I send my files in?

We support the following formats:

  • Photoshop (.psd, .tiff, .eps, .pdf)
  • Illustrator (.eps, .ai, .pdf)
  • InDesign (.eps, .pdf)
  • Freehand (.fh, .eps)
  • Corel (eps, .tiff, NO.cdr files)

Your files should meet the following criteria

  • 300dpi (or higher)
  • CMYK Color
  • 1/8" Bleed
  • All fonts converted to outlines or included

1. How will my job be shipped to me?

Shipping is absolutely up to you, we can ship Fed Ex, UPS, Grayhound or any other type of shipping courier. Ask your sales rep for shipping details.
